Baptism in sled dogs is an opportunity to discover an environment, a communion with nature, a relationship with a particular breed of dog, the daily life of Mushers….
We are able to welcome a varied audience: couples, families, children from 3 years old, retirees, people with disabilities, groups of adults (max. 16 people) and children. Indeed, we have been adapting for several years, in order to welcome people with disabilities within the limits of our human and material resources.
The activity is located in the Vernant car park, 10 minutes from Flaine. You are responsible for your own departure from Flaine.
You can take the free shuttle bus to the Col de Pierre Carrée, and then walk down along the groomed footpaths (Combe d'Enverse). The walk from the Col takes around 15 minutes.
Full ski clothing is required, as well as a ski mask or sunglasses depending on the weather. You should also bring snow boots or après-ski boots. As far as your vehicle is concerned, we strongly advise you to have the right equipment for winter conditions.
Not suitable for pregnant women.
