Located between altitudes of 1,600 metres (5 249 ft) and 2,500 metres (8 202 ft), Flaine is the highest resort in the Grand Massif ski area. By road
Follow the A40 motorway towards Geneva/Chamonix, and come off at exit n° 19: Cluses Centre.
Flaine is signposted from here: turn right onto the N205 (towards Sallanches) for 2 km, then take the first on your left at the roundabout (D106 towards Flaine/Les Carroz).
When you get to this point, you’re only 30-40 minutes from Flaine.

The resort is easily accessible from all over France and Europe from Geneva airport (70 km).

The nearest TGV high speed train stations to Flaine are Cluses (30 km) and Geneva (70 km).
You can then take the bonds by bus from Cluses, taxis and transport of people from all stations.
