Le refuge de platé | Need a change of scenery? To spend a night out of time?
Come and enjoy a local meal before a night in a rustic dormitory. Fondue, croziflette, berthoud… the hutkeeper is at your disposal to agree in advance on a meal according to your wishes.
The next day, after a good breakfast, go to Flaine and the Grandes Platières by ski touring.
Platé is a typical mountain refuge with very basic comfort: no showers or running water. The dry toilets are at the bottom of the garden. An ideal setting to disconnect, refocus on the essentials, enjoy the wild nature and create unforgettable memories.
Please note: Access by ski touring via a mountain route (outside the ski area) which may present dangers (avalanches, crevasses). It is advisable to be accompanied by a professional.
Travel time: 20 to 30 minutes downhill from the Cable car of Les Grandes Platières. Return in about 1h30.
