A week to discover, learn, progress and perfect your skiing thanks to the French Ski School (ESF) instructors.
Don't miss this week: snowshoe outings, introduction to ski touring and freeride and freestyle outings.
Sunday 14th January
From 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm - Discovering the ski area
The French Ski School offers to discover the Flaine ski area in complete safety.
3rd star level minimum - free registration at the ESF office +33 (0)4.50.90.81.00.
Monday 15th January
From 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm- Freestyle initiation
The French Ski School offers an introduction to freestyle skiing supervised by the instructors.
Minimum Gold Star level - free registration at the ESF office +33 (0)4.50.90.81.00.
4.00 pm - Market | Flaine Forêt
Food market, local produce, regional products at the arrival of lift n°1.
5.30 pm - Welcome drink | Flaine Forum
Presentation of the resort's service providers and the week's events.
Distribution of mulled wine and hot apple juice with our partner SHERPA.
Meet in front of the Tourist Office. Lots of prizes to be won in our free tombola.
Tuesday 16th January
2.00 pm - Guided tour of the resort's heritage
Commented by the director of the Centre d'Art, free registration before 11.30am on Tuesday at the Centre d'Art - Flaine Forum.
From 2.00 pm to 5pm - Snowshoe walk
Equip yourself with a pair of snowshoes and poles for an unforgettable outing supervised by the instructors from The French Ski School.

4.30 pm to 6.00 pm - Ice rink disco | Flaine Forum
Disco atmosphere (sound and light) at the Flaine ice rink.
Prices : - under 16s: €5 / over 16s: €7 / skate hire: €2
Wednesday 17th January
3.30 pm - Outdoor laser game | Flaine Forum
2 teams of 5 people face off on the snow, who will be the best?
Free registration on site in front of the Tourist Office.
From 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm- Introduction to ski touring
The French Ski School offers an introduction to ski touring supervised by its instructors.
Bronze star level minimum - free registration at the ESF office +33 (0)4.50.90.81.00.
Thursday 18th January
From 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm - Introduction to freeride skiing (2h30)
The French Ski School offers an introduction to freeride skiing in complete safety, supervised by a ski instructor.
Minimum Gold Star level - free registration at the ESF office +33 (0)4.50.90.81.00.
3.30 pm - Introduction to biathlon
Come and discover biathlon in complete safety using a laser-aimed rifle.
Free registration on site in front of the Tourist Office.
Friday 19th January
8.00 pm - "Festi' Corbaks" evening event | Flaine Forêt
Freeski-alpinism film showings - conference at the Eric and Sylvie Boissonnas auditorium with the local association "les Corbaks" - Free admission.
